The Nordplus Framework Programme offers financial support to a variety of educational cooperation between partners in the area of lifelong learning from the eight participating countries in the Baltic and Nordic regions.

1.   LANGUAGE FOR THE WORKFORCE ON THE MOVE   Aims: Create a set of online interactive exercises, which enables immigrated workforce in Nordic-Baltic area (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden), learn the language, which is necessary for communication on professional area particular learners work and also form a LaWoMo learning community. 2.  ELECTIONS – Collaborative Online Cross-Discipline “citizenship studies” and language learning utilising Web2 tools   Aims: to enable through the use of Web 2.0 technologies and electronic content school students, VET trainees and adult learners, specially immigrants undertaking 'citizenship' programmes, to develop a better understanding of how modern society functions and at the same time implement new pedagogical methods in cross sectoral learning-
